The Patient Access Scheduler plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our clinical operations. Responsibilities include managing patient inquiries, maintaining relationships with families, scheduling appointments, documenting patient interactions, and assisting with office maintenance. Additionally, the Clinical Care Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for new patients, triage patient calls to ensure same-day responses, manage the schedule of multiple clinicians, and ensure adherence to care plans.
