Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and contribute to the development of visually compelling assets across various channels. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to bring our brand and campaigns to life through engaging visual content. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, creativity, and attention to detail, with a passion for creating impactful designs that resonate with our target audience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
• Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, landing pages, print collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Translate marketing briefs and messaging into visually compelling designs that effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and standards.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, refine concepts, and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Prepare and deliver design files in appropriate formats for various channels and platforms, ensuring quality and compatibility.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of design templates, style guides, and asset libraries to streamline workflows and ensure consistency.
• Support other design-related tasks and initiatives as needed to contribute to the overall success of the marketing team.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across different mediums and platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), template creation in Canva and Adobe Express.
• Proficiency in presentation software like Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually appealing designs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, receptive to feedback and willing to incorporate changes.
• Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Figma, SharePoint and experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is desirable but not required.
