Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in hospitality management or hotel operations.

Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and guest accounts
- Verify and balance daily revenue, including room rates, taxes, and other charges
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other departments
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs as needed
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel management or night audit preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Familiarity with hotel phone systems and reservation software
- Exceptional customer service and guest relations skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
