Maintenance Assistant
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Assistant to provide support to a Maintenance Team. Their duties include maintaining the grounds of a domestic or commercial property, conducting minor repairs to the structure and responding to requests from clients or end-users.

- The ability to establish priorities and develop work orders
- Demonstrated proficiency in conducting preventative maintenance activities based on the specific residence schedule
