- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate coding and entry into the accounting system.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Communicates with vendors for all accounts payables matters.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable files and documentation.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Knowledge of financial concepts and principles related to accounts payable.
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or errors.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- High School Diploma required.
- 1-2 years of Accounts payable experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team preferred.
