Naumann Hobbs Material Handling Corp II. is Hiring a Yard Maintenance Coordinator Near San Marcos, CA

Naumann/Hobbs is looking for YOU to fill our Yard Maintenance Coordinator position in the Phoenix, AZ area.

We are the largest Material Handling Equipment Company in the Southwest. Naumann/Hobbs Material Handling, Inc. sells, rents, services, and supplies parts on an extensive line of material handling products. We are a staple in the Valley with almost 70 years of business experience and over 100 million in annual sales.

This position is designated as safety sensitive. The Warehouse Yard Coordinator will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and stocking of inventory, new/used/rental equipment as well as other materials and supplies coming in and out of the facility.

What you will do:

  • Manage stock control: the self-assured shipping, receiving, storage, retrieval, and timely storage of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
  • Check out incoming shipments for damages/shortages; immediately notify manager of damages/shortages.
  • Ensure all products are accounted for and properly labeled/tagged.
  • Maintain an organized Warehouse and Yard.
  • Warehouse and Yard housekeeping.
  • Clerical duties as needed.
  • Assists with Parts and Service duties as needed.

Additional duties as required by manager.

Education and Experience:

  • Basic mechanical abilities
  • Forklift Operator Training Certificate
  • PC skills required
  • Must have a valid Driver License
