TRU Infusion is a Cannabis and CBD manufacturing company looking for individuals to join our Flower Compliance Team in Phoenix, AZ. We are looking to fill onefull time position. This is an entry level position.

Full time: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Very occasional Saturdays with advance notice.

Entry level Flower Compliance Harvester -

TRU Infusion is a marijuana and CBD manufacturing company look for entry-level individuals to join our Compliance Team in Phoenix, AZ. We offer full time positions only.

You must be 21 years old and be able to pass a background check.

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm with very occasional Saturdays needed.

PTO and other benefits available after 90 days.

This is a hands-on position that will allow you to learn various skills throughout multiple departments. You will primarily be assisting the grow during harvests. The compliance team will weigh and document all information relative to the harvest. When a harvest is not taking please you will be helping other departments to ensure we maintain our harvest schedule.

Duties include but are not limited to: assisting during harvest, processing fresh frozen material, assisting the grow with plant work to ensure harvest stays on schedule, assisting Post Harvest when needed.

Cutting, hanging, weighing, and documenting plants on harvest days.

Assist the Post-Harvest team when needed. Ideal candidate could sit or stand for several hours at a time while quickly working with your hands.

Must adhere to the state compliance regulations throughout the workday and follow the Arizona Department of Health Services sanitation guidelines at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of time management, communication, and efficiency.

Must be able to perform heavy manual labor in warm/humid as well as very cold conditions. This position requires heavy walking and stair use. This will vary depending on the task you are helping with.

Must be comfortable working on ladders 12-18ft high.

Must be comfortable cleaning, sterilizing, and maintaining cultivation facility, including some janitorial tasks when necessary.
