Nature Guard Pest Control is growing, and we need to add an experienced Sales Professional to our team in Florida.

Position Summary:

Nature Guard Pest Control is an innovative pest management solutions Company driven to provide industry leading services to our customers. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team and lead our commercial sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth within the commercial sector.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales approaches and product offerings.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market update to leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in commercial sales leadership, in pest control industry
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
