SIGN ON BONUS $350 after 90 days.

·We are a medical group with offices in Crystal River and Inverness seeking energetic, and detail-oriented candidates to join our team.

· Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Must be able to multi-task and work well in a patient and team focused environment.

· Responsibilities will include greeting patients, answering phone calls, review completion of paperwork, process patient check in and check out, set up referral appointments and arrange patient transportation as needed.

· Responsible for accurate data entry, appointment scheduling, verification of insurance eligibility, authorization requests, chart preparation, document scanning, provide front desk support to patients and their family members, and provide support to clinical staff.

· High School Graduate or GED equivalent.

· Excellent customer service expertise.

· Ability to perform well in a high-volume environment.

· Ability to function effectively under stressful situations.

· Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot

· Must always maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.

· Medical terminology is required.

Requirements

· High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
