Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial aspects of our organization and play a crucial role in driving the company's financial strategy and planning.

Duties:

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Lead the budgeting process and ensure financial targets are met
- Manage investment portfolios and develop investment strategies
- Oversee corporate finance activities including capital raising and mergers & acquisitions
- Conduct accrual accounting, profit loss analysis, and cost control measures
- Perform risk analysis and recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow management and liquidity planning
- Supervise finance staff including clerks and analysts
- Ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliation

Skills:

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in budgeting, investment management, and corporate finance
- Strong knowledge of accrual accounting principles
- Experience with profit loss analysis and cost control strategies
- Ability to perform risk analysis and develop risk management plans
- Proficient in treasury management practices

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Healthcare industry

Experience in balance sheet reconciliation
- Previous experience as a Finance Clerk
