Duties:

Ensure task lists are completed by yourself and other employees

Ensure inventory lists are accurate

Ensure bathroom, office, and shelves are cleaned weekly

Complete 2 partial inventory counts per week

Keep up with expiration dates by ensuring items go on sale before expiration and pulling any expired products off the sales floor

Assist in implementing new procedures, training wellness coaches, and following up with team members

Most importantly - be able to hold employees accountable for their duties while also setting the example for them

The assistant manager will work a few nights during the week, but mainly is responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly during the day and some weekends. Opening shift is from 8:45 am to 3:00 pm and closing shift is from 3:00 pm to 9:10pm.

Experience:

Shift leader/key holder for minimum of 1 year

Cash handling for minimum of 2 years

Customer service for minimum of 2 years

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
