The Wellness Coach manages the experience for our guests. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, believe in all natural solutions, are interested in developmental opportunities, and have a passion for helping others. Wellness Coaches are comfortable helping our customers via telephone or in person, we listen to our guests, learn and give guidance regarding the right products for their needs, and enjoy delivering 'wow' experiences! Hearing from customers that our products have brought them relief, happiness or helped them through a tough time is what motivates us the most. This Store Manager position is an on-site position at our Newton Natural Life locations.
Hours: Full Time, 5 day work week (must be willing to work weekend and evening hours).
Pay Rate: starting at $20/hour with growth opportunities.
What you'll be doing:
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of product quality and store presentation. These are the most important concepts to be comfortable with when working as a manager at Natural Life:
