The Wellness Coach manages the experience for our guests. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, believe in all natural solutions, are interested in developmental opportunities, and have a passion for helping others. Wellness Coaches are comfortable helping our customers via telephone or in person, we listen to our guests, learn and give guidance regarding the right products for their needs, and enjoy delivering 'wow' experiences! This Store Manager position is an on-site position at our Newton Natural Life locations.

Hours: Full Time, 5 day work week (must be willing to work weekend and evening hours).

Pay Rate: starting at $20/hour with growth opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of product quality and store presentation. These are the most important concepts to be comfortable with when working as a manager at Natural Life:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and expenses to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and organization throughout the store
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Manage inventory levels and merchandise assortments to meet customer demand and maximize sales opportunities
• Providing transparent and well-informed knowledge about our natural wellness products
• Upholding and following the company's core values and code of ethics

**Shifts hours vary; most shifts are between 5-9 hours

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU :

• Possess a high school diploma
• At least 1 year of prior retail management experience
• Have previous knowledge about Cannabinoids, Mushrooms, Kratom, and/or Kava (product knowledge not required)
