The Production/Assembly Line Associate operates factory equipment, inspecting product and assembling as it comes down the line. The Associate is trained in cGMP and safety procedures and is expected to adhere to all factory safety guidelines and standards. The Associate's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: keeping the production area clean, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working on the production line, following directives from leadership, and strictly following health and safety guidelines. This particular role will involve regular downfilling/weighing of our dried botanicals and powedered products.

• Follow health and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
• Assemble products and parts.
• Downfill and weigh product accurately.
• Follow production guidelines and specifications.
• Finalize and package products for shipment.
• Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment.
• Monitor the assembly line and remove faulty products.
• Work on the production line with speed, efficiency, and a high degree of accuracy and meet production targets both individually, and as a team.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience, preferred.
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery, preferred.
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical and manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail.
