Natura Sugaring Melt & Wax Spa in Solana Beach is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and reliable Front Desk Sales Associate. With 6 locations across San Diego, Natura Spa is a fast growing establishment with emphasis on the art of the Brazilian wax, facial treatments, and custom airbrush spray tanning. Our Front Desk Sales Associate must be an advocate for our clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. We ask for an excellent communicator to work with our team of estheticians.

• Must be comfortable with sales as you are required to effectively explain and sell our memberships and prepaid series to clients.
• Can connect with people and establish rapport, as we see many regular clients on a monthly basis, and want to retain our new guests as well.
• Are highly motivated and proactive.
• Create an outstanding experience for clients with a friendly and helpful attitude while answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments.

• Position Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with exceptional listening skills.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and staff.
• Experience and motivation with sales, as you are able to gain commission on products, prepaid series, and membership sign ups.
• Professional, responsible, and dependable.
• Assist in administrative tasks including filing and data entry
• Light cleaning around the spa such as spot sweeping, emptying a trash bin, and wiping high touch areas with cleaning products.
• Experience with scheduling, answering emails, and managing phone calls.
• Ability to work weekend a weekend shift.

Hourly: from $16.85 according to the candidate experience.

Salary: Hourly Commission above = hourly wage for this job position.
