Opportunity to join Natron as a key contributor to the battery pack manufacturing team in helping us launch our product. The person in this role brings manufacturing experience along with a hard working, positive attitude and strong organizational skills. They will be comfortable in a fast paced environment and be able to quickly learn the variety of tasks and functions required in the role.
Responsibilities

• Manage documents and paperwork that is related to the production process
• Coordinate launch activities for SAT and Process Qualification
• Assist the production team with inventory management and tracking different materials
• Conduct ongoing inventory all commissioning electrode
• Schedule SAT and Process Qualification run times and needs
• Troubleshoot issues that may develop
• Prepare status reports as needed
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by manager
• Follow safety and health protocols while wearing proper gear and working in an environment where hazards are present

Qualifications

• 2 years in a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of production inventory
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
