Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Support to join our team. As an ERP Project Support, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the implementation and maintenance of our ERP system. You will work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery and provide ongoing support to end-users.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

* Work with functional user groups to develop custom solutions to fit business needs.

* Develop Core Processes and resulting documentation to facilitate training and process discussions.

* Test experimental procedures with ERP system and validate outcomes.

* Communicate with Executives regarding pr0ject status, risks, and mitigation plans.

* Develop custom reporting documents with Syspro ERP.

* Manage technical issues with Syspro Support Team.

* Learning multiple software suites supporting Syspro ERP Software.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

* Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or field related to Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Equivalent training and experience accepted in lieu of degree.

* Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.

* Knowledge of Supply Chain Management.

* Proficient in MS Office Software.

SKILLS PREFERRED:

* Experience with Syspro ERP Software is a PLUS

* Understanding of business best practices as well as Six Sigma, Lean and Agile Methodologies.

* Knowledge of SQL and Report Building Software

* 2-3 years of ERP Experience

* 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
