Nationwide Payment Systems Inc. is a Fort Lauderdale-based payment processing company that is seeking a person to work in our office; duties include answering phones, customer services, sales support, sales follow-up, scheduling appointments, data entry, and working with our CRM and other office work. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with good time management skills and a passion for providing great service. We will fully train the right candidate for this position.
Responsibilities: Assist the owner with appointments and make follow-up phone calls.
Sending out emails
Update and maintain CRM records
Assist in the processing of applications and filing
Assist with getting clients set up
Making phone calls for appointments and following up with clients
Requirements: Administrative experience is good but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required/
Good Typing Skills
Good Attitude
Good Speaking Voice - Spanish speaking a plus.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be trainable and flexible
Demonstrate initiative, discretion, and integrity.
Organization/time management/prioritization skills
Team Player
Basic knowledge of how to use social media
Flexible hours – 1-hour break Experience:
Prior office work or related experience
The position is involved in sales so there is a bonus program.
