Data Entry Application Specialist

What we offer:

Full Time Position: Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm (no weekends)

Compensation: From $600.00 ($15 hour) per week moving to $700.00 ($17.50) per week after 90 days ($17.50 per hour) w/ bonus opportunities after 90 days as well.

Paid: Weekly

Nationwide Loan Consultants is a well-established financial services company helping customers obtain unsecured personal loans. We are not a lender. We are a consulting firm. We offer advice and assistance to a select group of people who meet a minimum credit/financial criteria. We assist customers in obtaining unsecured personal and business loans.

Essential Functions:

• Enter client data into CRM (our "Customer Relationship Management" software program) and complete online lender applications
• Maintain customer confidentiality
• Contribute to team effort and success by consistently achieving pre- established weekly quotas set forth by the company.
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly proficient with computers

Requirements:

· Fluency in English with excellent comprehension, speaking, grammar and writing skills

• Fluency in Spanish language (a plus) but not a requirement
• Minimum 2 years of bona fide Data Entry experience. This job requires a high level of computer proficiency, the ability to navigate between two monitors at any given time, access reports from our CRM and entering customer information (cutting and pasting) onto various different templates.
• Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel). No formulas or calculation knowledge is required.
• Proven ability to type 35 - 45wpm and Data Entry experience
• NOTE: This is an in-office position only. Only local applicants will be contacted. Only those with bona fide data entry and computer experience with a proven ability to accurately type 35 words per minute will be considered.
