Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Officer Assistant to join our team. The Loan Officer Assistant will provide essential support to our loan officers in processing loan applications and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage in sales processes to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Assisting loan officers with gathering and organizing loan application documentation.
• Assist the sales team with finding potential customers, generating leads, and managing customer relationships.
• Communicating with customers to collect necessary information and paperwork.
• Conducting preliminary reviews of loan applications to identify missing or incomplete information.
• Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing updates on loan status.
• Assisting with other tasks as needed to support the loan origination process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required).
• Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work with others in a team-oriented setting.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn about the mortgage industry and stay updated on industry regulations.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
