What Does a Floor Sales / Customer Service Team Member Do?

• Provides friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, addressing their plant-related inquiries and helping them select suitable items
• Greets and thanks each guest with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Answers phones and assists customers in a polite and timely manner
• Locates products for customers and offers recommendations and guidance as needed
• Highlights Do It Best reward program to customers, encouraging their participation to foster customer loyalty
• Assists with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and stocking items
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in the store
• Assists management in ensuring company standards and procedures are effectively met
• Proactively seeks product/project knowledge to provide personalized information to customers
• Identifies unique selling opportunities
• Resolves customer issues with assistance from management
• Performs other tasks as assigned
