National Worksite Staffing LLC is Hiring an Assistant Program Director Near Atlantic, NJ

Our confidential client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Program Director to join their team in Atlantic and Cape May counties. The Assistant Program Director will play a key role in supporting the Program Director in overseeing and managing various programs within the organization. This role offers flexible scheduling and a generous benefit package for qualified applicants. Responsibilities:

  • Support the Program Director in the provision of clinical and administrative oversight/supervision and management of the program and team
  • Provide daily clinical triage support
  • Oversee development of treatment / behavior / support / safety plans, as needed
  • Review youth referrals and coordinate admissions
  • Participate in all Quality Assurance/Program Improvement activities
  • Collaborate with community partners
  • Identify and coordinate training and support needs of the community
  • Identify and coordinate internal trainings utilizing the expertise of the clinical team and specialists within the communicate
  • Maintain communication with system partner leaders
  • Ensure the collection of required data and documentation on youth access and utilization of services
  • Supervise the clinical team
  • Provide support as needed to the clinical team 24/7/365

Education/Training:

  • NJ independent clinically Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor
  • 4 years of supervisory experience in the behavioral healthcare field and working with youth with Mental Health needs including complex trauma
  • experience with implementation and evaluation of evidence-based practices

Schedule:

  • Varies with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift availability, on call coverage as needed

Salary:

  • $75,000 - $85,000 annually
