We’re currently seeking a *Nurse Practitioner *to join our amazing team.
*Details of the Opening:*
* Anticipated start date: *ASAP*
* Schedule: *Full Time*, *Monday- Friday, 8a-4p*
* Length of assignment: *3 months*
*Scope and Duties:*
* Performing physical exams and patient observations.
* Recording patients' medical histories and symptoms.
* Creating patient care plans and contributing to existing ones.
* Ordering, administering, and analyzing diagnostic tests.
* Monitoring and operating medical equipment.
* Diagnosing health issues.
* Administering medicine and other treatments.
* Detecting changes in patients' health and modifying treatment plans, as needed.
* Consulting with healthcare professionals and families.
* Training patients and their families to manage and prevent illness and injury.
* Assesses diagnoses and treats patients attending primary health care services with a range of acute, non-acute and chronic medical conditions.
* Provide coverage on units for vacation
* Patient Panel: 10-12 patients
* Average Length of Stay: 100 days
*What You’ll Need to Qualify for this Role:*
* Board certified or eligible required
