NSB has a Training programthat you will be enrolled in on your very first day. This training is designed to jump start your career by providing the skills and experience necessary to be successful in the role prior to working in a hybrid environment. New team members learn about the industry, expectations, specific job skills, and more. Our experienced Training Manager and Management Team provides a variety of classroom/remote instruction, interactive learning, and guidance throughout training. With a focus on making sure you succeed out of the gates.

Our Team members are some of the highest earning Reps in the industry, with the top 10% of collectors earning over $100,000 annually.
