We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Manager to ensure our product standards are consistently met and exceeded. As a Quality Control Manager, you will oversee the quality control department and ensure all products meet or exceed the required standards. You will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, managing a team of quality control inspectors, and coordinating with other departments to ensure the highest quality of production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production of high-quality products (consistent with established standards, customer specifications, and production goals).
• Lead a team of quality control inspectors, providing training, guidance, and feedback to ensure a competent and effective workforce.
• Conduct and oversee the inspection of raw materials, production processes, and final products to identify deviations from quality standards.
• Analyze data from quality control tests, identify areas for quality improvement, and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Coordinate with production, testing and project management to ensure resources are deployed achieve on time delivery and achieving production goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality control measures are understood and integrated into the production process.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to address quality concerns and requirements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality control tests, analyses, and significant outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO).
• Stay informed on the latest industry trends, quality control technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in the quality control process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the electrical integration, manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies, including ISO standards.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software and quality control software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate quality standards and expectations to team members and cross-functional partners.
• Detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to achieving the highest quality standards.
