Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with product selection, and completing sales transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and possess excellent communication skills. Hourly rate plus commission. Benefits and Commission will be available after 90 probation period.

Duties:

- Greet customers and provide them with personalized assistance

- In and outdoor sales
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Upsell additional products or accessories to increase sales revenue
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

- Sales background, Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of customer orders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus not required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers
