A Maintenance Associate is a thorough professional with a practical mind, attention to detail and a strong skill set in a variety of maintenance and renovation tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain & upgrade units, grounds, and common areas in the best possible condition.
