National Power LLC is Hiring an Apprentice Electrician Near Phoenix, AZ

SummaryNational Power, LLC, is actively seeking for an Apprentice Electrician to join our Electrical Division! As an Apprentice Electrician, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals while contributing to the successful execution of electrical projects.
The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, teamwork abilities, and a commitment to safety.
Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesCore duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Assist experienced electricians in providing on-site client installation, repairs, and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems
  • Learn the processes involved installing on electrical projects, including performing tests on equipment and circuits, and troubleshooting issues
  • Develop problem-solving skills by participating in the resolution of requests or concerns that arise during electrical projects, ensuring timely and effective solutions
  • Conduct testing procedures to ensure the proper functioning and error-free operation of electrical systems
  • Collaborate with experienced electricians to gain knowledge about suggesting equipment upgrades and maintaining inventory, including vans and trucks used for on-site work
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on electrical projects
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and apply theoretical and practical knowledge gained through on-the-job training and educational programs
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledgeable about all safety requirements
  • Prompt and reliable
  • Support skills and excellent communication
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive pay depending on previous experience and current certifications. Overtime is also a factor and is paid at 1.5 X base. We are a performance-based company and pay will ultimately reflect the employee’s productivity and overall performance
