National Park Express is a tour company based in Las Vegas, offering day trips and shuttle transportation to Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Zion, Bryce, Boulder City and other destinations. We have been in business for over 25 years, and are growing and expanding our products and volume. Our goal is excellent customer service, helping to provide our travelers with an exceptional tour experience.

As a Reservations Specialist, you will answer customer inquiries of our tour, hotel and show products via phone, email, or text. You will assist guests and industry customers with new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and reconfirmations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely manner
• Check availability and make new reservations
• Process payments, send follow up emails or invoices
• Process or review new reservations, follow up and respond accordingly
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Be a brand ambassador and share your interest and passion for the company with any communication internally and externally

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Friendly and professional phone skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, in both written and oral forms, speaking a second language would be helpful
• Strong typing and computer skills, ability to navigate multiple screens and programs simultaneously
• Customer focused, detail oriented, accurate
• Knowledge of National Parks and Southwest U.S. Region
• Hotel, tour and/or attraction experience is helpful
