National Oil & Gas, Inc is Hiring a Territory Sales Representative Near Kokomo, IN

Qualified person must be able to work independently and remotely supporting a family owned, multi-branded fuel jobber and its customers.

Major responsibilities include:

  • Maintain existing customer base by developing a strong, dependable relationship with our dealers.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure brand and jobber compliance requirements are met.
  • Engaging dealers with brand-specific marketing and promotional programs.
  • Communicate best practices, and develop action plans for improved customer service and business growth.
  • Develop new dealer relationships and source future growth opportunities in developing areas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, organizational leadership, or work-related equivalent preferred
  • Experience in the convenience store or petroleum fuel supply industry preferred.
  • Strong, proven ability to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to respond to calls after normal work hours
  • Good driving record
  • Pass Pre-employment drug screening.
