Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with sales transactions, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with product information
- Assist customers with their purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales events
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and restocking merchandise as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using software applications for sales support and inventory management
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately

Preferred Skills:
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Experience in sales management or leadership roles is an asset
