Job Description: We are currently seeking a Senior Mortgage Processor with expertise in FHA, VA, and 203k loans for our esteemed client. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a mortgage processor and must possess up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Review loan applications and ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete
• Verify income, assets, and credit history of loan applicants
• Calculate debt-to-income ratios and loan-to-value ratios
• Communicate effectively with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders throughout the loan process
• Ensure compliance with FHA, VA, and 203k loan requirements and guidelines
• Prepare loan files for underwriting submission
• Monitor loan pipeline and meet deadlines consistently
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a mortgage processor
• worked as a processor within the last 12 calendar months
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• Proficiency in processing FHA, VA, and 203k loans is required
• Strong understanding of mortgage industry regulations and guidelines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office suite
