Social Media Marketing Specialist

National Land Partners, the nation’s recognized leader in recreational and residential land development and sales for over half a century is seeking an experienced social media marketing specialist to join our team in the Texas region.

Job Summary:

This Social Media Marketing Specialist involves strategizing and implementing new campaigns while staying updated with the latest trends in social media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content and posting on all social media platforms. In addition, must be able to analyze data for campaign effectiveness and provide informed assessments to management.

Full-time, may be partially remote but must be based in the Austin or San Antonio area to allow for travel to sales offices located in Texas.

Responsibilities Include:

· Develop & implement organic social media campaigns in collaboration with paid marketing team campaigns.

· Create engaging content for various social media platforms that includes travel to various sales offices located in Texas.

· Manage social media accounts, schedule and post content, direct comments and responses to appropriate teams.

· Monitor & analyze social media trends and performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

· Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Qualifications:

· Strong knowledge of software applications including Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite or other content creation/management software.

· Strong skills in video editing and creating engaging videos & Reels.

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

· Must have exceptional organization skills with attention to detail, multi-tasking ability and ability to meet deadlines.

· Minimum 3 years of social media marketing experience that includes experience as administrator for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google.

Education:

· Bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing related field preferred.
