Seeking a full-time RN position to provide skilled nursing services to home care clients in the Twin Cities metro area. All nurses will work collaboratively with a team of Professionals to promote health and safety of clients in their homes. . No weekends or evenings required.

PATIENT CARE

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
•  Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare techniques and disease management
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Document all patient interactions, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Maintain accurate patient medical records

Pay

• Job Type: Part-time (negotialbe) 
• Salary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
• Mileage Reimbusment

Schedule:

• Manditory 2 hours in office on Wedensdays 
• You will work independently in the community providing one-on-one care.
• Visits generally are scheduled between 8am - 5pm.

Ability to commute

• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
