Qualifications :

Minimum of 15 year(s) of experience OR AA Degree

• Knowledge of Oregon and Washington water rights management. Knowledge sufficient to maintain records in the Water Rights and Uses application.
• Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, ARCVIEW (GIS)
• Water Rights and Uses (WRU) application.
• Knowledge of Oregon and Washington water rights management. Knowledge sufficient to maintain records in the Water Rights and Uses application. Refresher training

Duties :

The position will assist the regional office with preparing water rights for adjudication on Mt Baker-Snoqualmie and Colville National Forests.

It will ensure water rights and use tracking records are complete and accurate. Additionally, the position will provide mentoring on water rights management including program requirements and state adjudication processes.

• Update Water Rights and Uses database 30%
• Forest Assistance 20%
• General administration and coordination 10%

• Refresher training on the application will be provided
