**Seeking a Leasing Agent with the potential for advancement to an Assistant Manger**
Looking for a high energy, well spoken individual for our 336 unit apartment community.
Must have great communication, be a self-starter and a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents in touring the property and viewing available units
- Provide information about rental rates, lease terms, and move-in specials- Process rental applications and conduct credit checks
- Prepare lease agreements
- Collect security deposits and rent payments from residents
- Address resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing or bookkeeping preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skill
