Nathan’s Outdoor Services is currently accepting applications for our Mowing Crew Lead position. The primary purpose of this position is to mow, trim, blow, and maintain the grounds and landscapes of our customers. And to lead a crew of roughly 2-5 people. Our values and goals for service are high-quality, politeness, and promptness. We are a small company, so we value you and would love to have you on our team! We are looking for applicants with 2 years of professional lawn care/landscape maintenance experience.
JOB SUMMARY
Includes but not limited to;
Our mowing crews usually consist of 2-5 person crews, that are responsible for their own route. Normal days are 10 hours, usual hours for leads are 6:30am-4/5pm M-F. Leads come in early to setup for the day, operations start at 7am. Applicant must be willing to work late/Saturday's if the crew falls behind. We are an all-season service company, snow plowing/shoveling work in the winter.
This Lawn Care Crew Lead position comes with a competitive wage of $22-$26/hour with overtime pay, the potential for bonuses, and annual raises. Initial compensation varies based on skill, experience, and technical knowledge. Pay increases with experience and winter work.
