We are looking for a dedicated Property Caretaker for one of our properties in North Mankato that takes pride in their work!
The Property Caretaker is responsible for providing assistance in various phases of the property operation. This position is responsible for picking up grounds daily, help with salting and shoveling, cleaning building common areas, cleaning vacant apartments to prepare for new residents, light maintenance, and cleaning the office and storage areas.
Requirements
- Respect confidentiality of information pertaining to residents.
- Maintain professional demeanor in appearance and actions.
- Be courteous and accessible to the residents.
