Description

We are excited to hire a part-time Property Manager with 2 years experience in the Property Management industry. The ideal candidate has strong leasing skills, experience in Yardi software, and excellent customer service skills. Experience with Affordable housing or tax credit is strongly desired.

Responsibilities:
-Perform all property-manager duties
-Ensure financial performance of this asset through adherence to budgeted financial goals
Field inquiries from applicants and residents
-Qualify applicants by submitting information for background checks, obtaining rental references and verifying income
-Perform lease renewals and scheduled rent increases in a timely manner
-Oversee capital needs and daily ongoing maintenance needs of the property including maintenance staff

Requirements

• 2 years experience as a successful Affordable Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager is required. 
• Computer literate – experience with YARDI preferred, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and using the Internet to troubleshoot problems required. 
• Compliance experience preferred. 
• High achiever, self motivated to achieve budgetary, occupancy, and collections goals. 
• Strong interpersonal and Management skills. Excellent organizational skills and an ability to self-motivate. 
• Excellent written/verbal communication and people skills. 
• Ability to perform accurate mathematical computations 
• High level of customer service with the ability to resolve applicant and resident issues.
