Natera is Hiring an Organ Health Specialist Near Detroit, MI

We are currently looking for an Organ Health Specialist (OHS) to join our Organ Health sales team! The OHS will increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales of our transplant and nephrology business. Support efforts include cultivating and maintaining key relationships, and creating and supporting a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly. Support efforts will focus on currently marketed products and new product launches. In addition the OHS will provide clinical insight and educational support/training on the technical applications of company products.
The territory for this position covers Detroit, Michigan, including the Upper Peninsula.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Organ Health Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, responsible for exceeding performance goals and establishing client relationships in the transplant market. Your duties will include:

  • Demonstrating a proven track record of closing sales, fostering client relationships, and driving sustainable growth.
  • Leveraging your expertise to successfully launch products in the transplant market, contributing to brand development and market expansion.
  • Becoming a local expert on Natera's technology and services, representing our company at the highest levels.
  • Developing and executing local business plans tailored to meet sales objectives and optimize available resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational background.
  • A minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within the diagnostic or lab-developed tests industry.
  • Knowledge of academic medical systems related to transplant, nephrology or specialty medicine
  • Established relationships with KOLs in transplant, or specialty medicine
  • Background in medicine, biological sciences, or genetics is preferred.

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams to define and implement strategic plans.
  • Comfortable thriving in a startup environment, demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and time management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

In addition to the base salary outlined below, we offer a competitive commission structure designed to reward performance. Furthermore, employees have the option to either receive a company car or a car allowance.
