Responsibilities

  • Foster a safe and enjoyable work environment for customers, staff, and vendors
  • Train and supervise staff in customer service, store maintenance, and product promotions
  • Develop and maintain staff schedules, coordinate vacation requestions, arrange coverage as needed
  • Maintain proper inventory throughout the store
  • Implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals
  • Manage all controllable costs to maintain profitability
  • Oversee delivery & receiving schedules for both the warehouse/repair shop
  • Must learn and be proficient in Online Order Management- AOOS and Google Analytics - Reporting & KPIs
  • Tech Improvements - Identify areas for improvement and assist with implementation/training.
  • HR Compliance- Employee handbook updates, training (sexual harassment, family leave, etc…)
  • Assist with hiring/interviewing & onboarding of all new employees
  • Resolve any staff issues/performance- etc…
  • Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times

Qualifications

  • Must be committed to growing and evolving the business longterm
  • Retail and management experience, hardware knowledge preferred
  • Motivated, proactive, and independent
  • Must work Saturdays
  • Standing and lifting (up to 50lbs) expected
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive
  • Must live locally, within short driving distance, or willing to relocate before accepting the position

Education

  • High School or GED equivalent. Completion of NHRA Advanced Course

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
