Nasim Landscape is Hiring a Project Manager Near Puyallup, WA

Nasim Landscape, a leader in the landscaping industry since 1998, is seeking a dedicated Landscape Project Manager to join our team. We pride ourselves on our innovative approach to landscaping and our strong commitment to our employees. In the role of Landscape Project Manager, you will be instrumental in managing our landscape construction division, ensuring the successful completion of projects, and contributing to our ongoing growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the landscape construction division, implementing programs and operational systems to achieve long-term objectives.
  • Estimate and sell residential and commercial landscape projects.
  • Utilize Aspire software to meet budgeted sales and estimating targets.
  • Coordinate and manage the work of multiple crews.
  • Oversee field operations and activities of Foreman and Laborers within a designated area.
  • Work with Landscape Maintenance Managers and Sales Managers to promote and solicit new work.
  • Train and assist in enhancing the skills of field personnel.
  • Plan and control activities to ensure profitability on each job.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to instructions regarding work sequence, priority, quality, and budget.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and managers.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Competency in using office equipment, such as a computer terminal, copier, fax machine, and multi-extension telephone.
  • Physical ability to lift & carry, push & pull up to 50 pounds of landscape material and equipment daily.

Compensation

This is a full-time salaried position with a commission and bonus structure.
