We are an eco-friendly landscape business located in East Nashville focused on medium sized residential projects. We are currently about 20% hardscaping, 20% cleanup and trimming, and 60% new landscape installations.

Our team is looking for reliable crew members and leaders with good work ethic. Compensation is determined by our pay by performance system which focuses on your skill and knowledge, and we re-evaluate quarterly. We offer paid holidays and PTO. The higher end of our pay scale is for individuals who can perform in leadership roles. We offer training to laborers with less experience.

Applicants must have the ability to do tasks including but not limited to: heavy lifting, mulching, weeding, trimming, rock installation, stone borders, etc. We work year round so ability to work in varying weather conditions is a must. Must be available to work 40 hours weekly dependent upon weather. Some Saturdays required. Over time is available. Work hours vary between 7am-5pm depending on the day.

Drivers license and ability to drive truck required. We are unable to hire anyone with an sr22 license or an uninsurable driving record. Must be able to pass a background check. We will not consider applicants with a record of assault, violence, theft or property destruction.
