Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and educational environment for students. Whether you have experience in literacy education, tutoring, or special education, we welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences for students
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of each student
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques
- Incorporate physical education activities into daily lessons
- Implement early intervention strategies for students who may require additional support
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience working with students of different age groups, including toddlers and young children
- Knowledge of Accreditation and practices is a plus
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required)
- Teaching certification or license (preferred)
- Previous teaching experience (preferred)
