The BDC Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales appointments with customers that contact us via the internet and phone, to purchase new and / or pre-owned vehicles.

You must be an outgoing friendly person who enjoys sales and talking on the phone.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat.
• Responding to Internet Lead service requests promptly.
• Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects.
• Must be comfortable with computer programs and smart devices.
• Assist in generating reports and logs.

Requirements :

• Sales experience a plus.
• Vin Solutions experience a plus
• Call Center experience a plus.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Automotive Service experience a plus.
• Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills.

You must be able to use good grammar in your written communications.

• Positive Attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel may qualify for additional hourly pay.
• Drive to succeed in customer expectations.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $40,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Schedule :

8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types :
