Job Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information.
• Listening to requests of the service desired, and clearly explaining information on the repair order.
• Ability to upsell on the lane, services and maintenance items
• Assists customers in identifying concerns so that the proper service and maintenance can be specified.
• Referring the technician to the customer and/or test-driving the vehicle to confirm source(s) of service repairs.
• Estimates cost and completion time/settles customer accounts.
• Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
• Actively checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacting the customer when technicians discover additional problems; getting customer approval to do additional work and explaining the work performed and the charges being billed.
• Reviews repair orders to ensure that work is completed, and additional work and authorization is noted. Closes repair order as appropriate.
• Managing RO process from open to close, including collecting payment.
• Ensure we maintain compliance to all manufacture standards and requirements
• Ensure 100% CSI.
• Actively conquest new / lost clients
• Must attend all special events.
• Keep optimum level of business confidentiality and professionalism in daily tasks

Suggested Skills:

• 3-5 years automotive service advisor experience required
• Knowledge of Multiple Automotive OEM Platforms and their processes.
• Knowledge of other automotive brands' processes/procedures is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive service terms.
• Computer skills (MS Office, Google Platform, Various DMS Platforms)
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Able to multi-task.
• Desire to meet customers' needs.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and possess a valid and clean Driver's License.
