Not a service position. We're looking for a Professional Insurance sales representative who wants to become a agency owner. The Personal Lines Producer Professional at our Agency in Anne Arundel County, Maryland & Delaware will be responsible for helping grow, maintaining and maximizing profitable relationships with existing clients and for growing our book of business through new client sales via leads purchased and organic cultivation. This is a Career, not a Job, and you can be well compensated depending on your work ethic. This is a career in a mostly recession proof industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients in person, online, by phone, and through written communication.
  • Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support. Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on all existing client needs.
  • Actively follow up on purchased NEW & seasoned leads, prospect, round accounts, and solicit increases in existing client coverage as well as network for new clients, including win backs, cross-sell, Organic prospecting, etc..
Requirements:
  • Insurance license needed from any state- you then can get a Maryland P&C license.
  • Minimum of six months of insurance account management experience

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
