Naot Footwear is a globally renowned footwear company. The US corporate headquarters is looking to hire a highly motivated Entry level Accounting Associate in a friendly fast paced Accounting Department. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Melville, NY office.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of accounting experience a plus
• Familiar with accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the organization

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliation
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the department
