The Position:

Nano Magic has a one-of-a-kind opportunity available in Detroit, MI for Customer Service/Administrative Assistant. This person will be responsible for packaging, shipping, and performing other warehouse and shipping duties by following established operating procedures. This position will report to our Shipping Receiving Captain.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders from multiple sales channels including email, web, EDI, and phone in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Verify order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies with sales team and customers.
• Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
• Provide order status and tracking info to customers.
• Handle inbound customer requests via phone and email.
• Maintain Jira request board tickets.
• Maintain customer orders on subscription.
• Process RMAs.
• Setup new customer accounts in ERP system.
• Assist with invoicing discrepancies.
• Notify customers of promotions when available.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in order processing or customer service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows.
