Nannies more…® International is seeking a dynamic Executive Housekeeper / Household Manager across 3 residences
Title: Professional Executive Housekeeper / Household Manager
Location: Based in Wilton, CT (Fall & 6 weeks in the late Spring; Key Largo, FL (Winter & Early Spring) and Maine (Summer)
Local Candidates: Ideally local to the Wilton, CT area
Client: A mature couple (70s-80s)
Overview: Clients have a busy “to-do” list and not enough time or hands themselves to keep up with all their needs. Seeking an Executive Housekeeper / Household Manager to assist them.
Live out OR Live-In: CT will be Live-Out at Candidate’s Expense; In FL and ME all will be at the Employer’s Expense.
Type of Accommodations: TBD whether it is on property or off property
Start Date: Immediately, Interviewing and doing 3 day working interviews with a target to have secured the Executive / Household Manager by May 1st.
Basic Overview of Duties*:
· Take responsibility and ensure that the family’s schedule and home run smoothly
· Assist with daily chores (cleaning, bedding, full-service laundry)
· Cooking – Breakfast and lunch daily, dinner occasionally; clean-up needed after each meal
· Plant Management – we have many plants and orchids that will need loving care and attention. Training provided.
· Medication & supplement management/assistance
· Run errands, take Mr. to doctor appointments, grocery shopping (family car provided)
· Family Assistance – be available to help the Mr. & Mrs. as needed
· Travel with the family (Connecticut, Florida, and Maine

Type of Home Environment: Casual but Busy, Organized
Hours:
8-4 M-F when in CT
TBD outside of CT, but at least Full-Time Guaranteed
On-call: Rare
Overnights: Rare
Travel: Yes b/w Residences
Weekends: Rare
Benefits: Paid Vacation; Sick/Personal Days; Paid Holidays; Travel Stipends; Meal Stipends; Overnight Stipends; Relocation Expenses; Car Provided for Work-Related Use; Other - TBD
Compensation: Commiserate with Experience but $35 to $40 an hour is the range, which is $72,000 to $83,200. Can be W2 or Cash – 40 Hours Guaranteed.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years of professional Caregiver experience in private homes as an Executive Housekeeper / Household Manager
· Must be eligible to work in the US
· Candidate must have at least three excellent professional references, three-character references, and a clear background/driving record.
· Candidate must be COVID Vacation and keep up with Boosters.

· Good stamina (physically capable of going up and down several staircases and lifting boxes)
· Experience in the areas of elder care is a plus – recognize and report signs of mental distress
· Provide flexibility in scheduling and availability
· Desire for a Long-term Position
