Nandina Inc., a multi-office professional service firm offering engineering, surveying, and project management, is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to participate in all stages of corporate business development including strategy, marketing, lead generation, proposal development, and client interviews. This position is based in the Hilton Head Island, SC office.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate all activities involved in the preparation of proposal submissions, presentations, brochures, qualifications packages and other related activities for potential opportunities
• Support the firm’s leadership in gathering information and developing strategies for new business pursuits
• Update and maintain the firm’s business development efforts in CRM
• Track all key marketing milestones and deadlines
• Develop and update marketing resources including up-to-date project data and staff resumes
• Interact with prospective and existing clients
• Identify and lead the preparation of award submittals for select projects
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the firm’s website and social media presence across various platforms

Requirements:

• Proven professional service marketing experience
• Completion of a four-year undergraduate degree
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, ideally within the A/E/C or professional services industry
• Energetic with engaging interpersonal skills
• Strong editing and writing capabilities for technical and non-technical content
• Organization skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines
• Ability to work independently
• High proficiency in Office 365; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• SMPS experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
